Prior to working together, Annie Lalla had created and launched several online programs with an established reputation as a thought leader in the relationship niche. She had a significant following with her mailing list and social media. What she didn’t have was a mobile-friendly website that showcased her credibility and expertise, or branding that resonated with her current style.

A critical first step in creating any successful reinvention is understanding the market, who the key players are and uncovering the unique position your brand can fill. Using that as a starting point, you can then focus on the values and authentic attributes of your brand to reimagine a new way of presenting it.

  • Targeting cynics that don’t believe in True Love, often professionals in their 30s-40s
  • Focusing on the headlining theme that “love is not for the faint-hearted; it’s a gladiator sport” requiring deep work and a commitment to staying through the challenges to achieve transformation through partnership
  • An opportunity to reinvent and personalize the brand’s digital assets with a bold, vibrant style
  • A loyal base of followers that couldn’t afford individual coaching, but wanted to engage more 
  • A collection of several produced digital programs that could be repurposed

My commitment was to find a way to present Annie’s philosophy on Love as a resource and support to those who might be struggling in relationship, without being overly flashy or distracting with numerous offers, pop-ups, and too much information…basically, without being over-the-top with marketing bells and whistles.  With a keen sense of what she liked once she saw it, Annie and I worked through various iterations to find the best fit. 

Next came re-purposing Annie’s content. We gathered several programs she had offered live years ago. Taking the recordings and organizing the content, we produced 3 evergreen audio programs to offer as front-end products on her site. These became part of her sales funnel, expanding beyond one-on-one coaching and live events.
